UPAY’s Fellowship is a 1-year full-time community leadership program that allows socially committed youth to serve the under-resourced communities across India. A 3-month extensive classroom program trains the fellows before deploying them for the Live-Action Project for 9 months. During this period, the fellows will get exposure to the grass-roots realities in an urban and rural landscape of India’s development sector and the state of challenges in the domains of education and skill development.
In the second cohort, 8 fellows will be selected and placed in different parts of India where they shall be leading high-impact projects that are replicable, scalable, and sustainable.
